Er, not much going on. Don't really get on here much anymore, spend most of my time over on Tumblr, hanging out with the cool people, postin' shit.

Because we finally have a place of our own~

That's right. Hoss and I got an apartment and moved in on Saturday. We're still unpacking and putting things where they need to go, but the excitement hasn't worn off yet. I admit, there are a few moments when I miss the protective feelings from my parents' house, but at the same time, I like this new independence more. I like being able to have my own kitchen, my own living room and bedroom.. I love the lack of nagging from my mother and the quiet of just spending the time away from work with my wonderful girlfriend.

We still have much to do, and it's going to be awkward at first, but we've made it over the furst speed bump, and we're slowly cruizing on, taking the potholes as they come. WE've got plans to fix up the big fish tank, recaulk it and get some new hardward, and put our Delta babbies in it, and we're corresponding with , The Beckoning Cat Project, which is a cat adoption agency. We hit it off and fell in love with a little 1 year old cat named Ticker, and we hope to have him with us in the very near future.

Well, well, lets see here, what to update ya'll on… My job is going amazing. I took off lat week because i was really sick, but I'm back at it and the people are the same. My girlfriend, the lovely may be working here soon if the interviews go well, and my brother has a shot at it too. Here's to hoping that luck follows both of them as it has me a few times.

On the note of the girlfriend, she's still not TOTALLY unpacked, but she's settled in, as far as I know, and I couldn't be happier. I've been waiting to hold her, kiss her, snuggle her up for so long, that to finally have her and be able to do so still makes me grin like a loon. I had the thought that the honey moon period, you know, the one where all the feelings of giddiness remain for a while, would wear off, but I can tell you, kissing her in the morning, curling against her at night, holding her hand, going to lunch with her… none of that has gotten old, and I am enjoying every minute of it. We may be facing some hard times soon, internet wise, car wise, financial wise, and they may be good or bad, but I feel so much better knowing that not only are we in love, but we're together in this, as I hoped we would be.

I only hope that other people out there can find the same kind of happiness that the God and Goddess have blessed me with. Even those I dislike deserve to feel like this once in a while…

Well, just had to get that off my chest. There isn't much else to update on. I've got a few pictures taken of teh origami star earrings, and I think I'm going to start working on some other things too, so keep an eye out for the crafts! Enjoy your afternoon, all!!

What to even say? made it here safely, even though she drove through both snow and  over a mountain pass that isn't plowed very well... but she's here. It has been the most amazing three days of my life. The cuddling, kissing and the feeling of finally feeling like I'm at home.. it was a wonderful way to start off a new year of change. more to come when I'm feeling better, seems I caught the stomach bug that seems to be going on.
